BREWING: • Start with a clean coffee maker • Use fresh water • Use fresh coffee. Grind it as close to the moment you brew as possible. • Use 2 level tablespoons or 1 "coffee measure" per 6 ounces of water. • Brew with hot water as opposed to lukewarm or boiling. • Don't boil, perk or reheat coffee. • Coffee should be consumed within an hour or stored in a thermos. STORAGE: • Store FRESH roasted coffee like your BEST wine - in a cool, dark place. • Avoid refrigeration or freezing. • For best results store the beans in a cool, dark, dry place.
